Brenna Frazier
Owner & Executive Winemaker
Brenna started her career in the wine industry back in college while attending Sonoma State University. After graduating with a degree in Wine Business, she went on to follow in her father’s footsteps of distribution for both Southern Wine & Spirits and Regal Wine Co. From there, she worked for Trinchero Family Estates and Jackson Family Wines before moving back home to join the family business. Now leading the charge for Belledor Vineyards as General Manager & Executive Winemaker, you can find Brenna out on the streets selling, pouring, promoting and drinking Belledor.

Russ & Shannon grew up in Southern California where they met, married (going on 36 years now!) and bought their first house. Shannon was teaching grade school at the time that Russ accepted a position with a company that began a 30 yearlong career in the movie distribution business. And in the late 80’s, that career brought them north to Sacramento where they set down roots and raised a family. “Somewhere along the way in the mid-90’s, we got bit by the wine bug and that began a 20 year journey that brought us to Belledor – the intersection of Hollywood & Vine in Amador County.” Today, Russ is Executive Director of Belledor and oversees Property Development and Vineyard Management. Shannon is the company CEO – Chief Entertainment Officer – and boy is she good at it!
Derek Irwin
Consultant Winemaker & Vineyard Manager
Born on an Air Force base outside of Madrid, Spain, Derek Irwin grew up with a love for Spanish foods and wines. After graduating from UC Davis, Derek’s career started at Cosentino Winery in Yountville. After a few stretches overseas in Italy and Argentina, Derek returned to the states and became the head winemaker for Viansa Winery in Sonoma, as well as starting his own family winery. Derek joined Belledor in 2017 as both our consultant Head Winemaker and Vineyard Manager bringing his distinctive winemaking style and extensive vineyard management experience to our team.
Katrisse
Tasting Room Associate
Katrisse, a Sutter Creek native, grew up in a family that loves all things wine. After spending a few years traveling around the West Coast, she returned to the area to kick start her wine career. She recommends that you try our delicious 2019 Rose the next time you visit!
Ross
Tasting Room Associate
Ross spent 25 years working as a Contractor in Sacramento before falling in love with Amador & moving to the area with his wife. For fun, Ross is an amateur winemaker and grows his own grapes in his hobby vineyard. He recommends you try the Four Corners Blend when you visit!
